Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 is on sale at Amazon[1] and Walmart[2] for the first time since its release in late August. The well-reviewed remake of the 2008 classic is available for $40 (was $50) on Switch[3] and $50 (was $60) on Switch 2[4]. Fans of Marvelous’ best-selling farming sim franchise can also save on the Premium Edition. The Nintendo Switch 2 Premium Edition[5] is down to $69 (was $80), while the Switch version is $60 (was $70)[6].
Grand Bazaar and Marvelous’ other two Switch 2 releases–Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma and Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion–are true physical editions on Nintendo’s new console. The full data files are stored on the game card. And if you’re interested in the Story of Seasons deal, you should also check out the even larger Guardians of Azuma discount[7].
Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar has significantly overhauled graphics, a new mode of transportation in the wind glider, new characters and story events, and full voiceovers for the first time in franchise history.
Switch: $40 (was $50) | Switch 2: $50 (was $60)[8]

If you purchase the Switch version and want to upgrade later on, you can get the Switch 2 version from the eShop for $10. Just make sure you keep your Switch cartridge handy, as it’ll need to be loaded in your console to play the Switch 2 version.
Switch: $60 (was $70) | Switch 2: $69 (was $80)[9]

Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar Premium Edition includes a physical copy of the game and the following extras:
- Original Soundtrack on CD
- Art Book (115+ pages)
- Sheep Pocket Plush
- Cloth Poster
- Oversized display box and game case
That’s a pretty impressive list of extras for $20. Just like with the standard edition, if you purchase the Switch version you can upgrade to Switch 2 later on for $10 on the eShop.

Story of Seasons was formerly known as Harvest Moon, which is a bit confusing since Harvest Moon games are still released to this day. When Marvelous decided to take over North American distribution responsibility from Natsume many years ago, the name had to be changed due to Natsume holding the rights to the title. So if you’re an old fan of Harvest Moon trying to get back into its relaxing world, Story of Seasons is the name to look for.
