In a major step towards financial inclusion, JazzCash has partnered with KTrade Securities to enable real-time stock trading on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) directly through the JazzCash app. The collaboration aims to make investing in Pakistani stocks easier and more accessible to millions of Pakistanis.
This development follows four years of joint efforts in technology development and coordination between both organizations, with support from SECP, PSX, and the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).
KTrade Chairman Ali Farid Khwaja said,
“Our mission is to get one million Pakistanis to invest in Pakistani stocks. This partnership with JazzCash is a key milestone toward that goal.”
Through this feature, JazzCash users can now buy and sell shares directly from their mobile wallets, simplifying access to the capital market. JazzCash stated that it remains committed to “democratizing investment opportunities and expanding access to Pakistan’s financial markets.”
This initiative marks a major advancement in Pakistan’s digital finance ecosystem, bridging fintech and capital markets to promote investment participation nationwide.
