
The Paramount Building, a Class “A” office property located at 11025 Anderson Drive in Little Rock, was sold Monday, Oct. 6 for $4,009,730.26.
Isaac Smith of Colliers | Arkansas represented the seller, Paramount Holdings, LLC. The buyer, Midpoint Real Estate, LLC, was represented by Jessica Flake Dearnley with Flake and Company.
Originally constructed in 1989, the property consists of 17,264 square feet and features abundant parking and excellent Cantrell Road visibility.
Its location near the I-430 and Cantrell Road interchange provides convenient access to major transportation routes and surrounding amenities, including a wide variety of restaurants, retail, grocery outlets, and convenience services.
