Such a massive drop has sparked rumors that he used the celebrity-loved drug Ozempic to facilitate the transformation.

However, Aaron continues to say he didn’t use the drug, stating that although he tried it last year, he had to stop after suffering an allergic reaction.

He explained that what has worked for him was “intermittent fasting, cutting sugar and carbs, and having a lot of cardio in the bedroom” with his new wife, Margarita.

“Mentally, physically, and emotionally, she has been my confidant and shelter through my storms,” Aaron told TMZ[4] on Tuesday.

Earlier this year, Aaron was rushed to the hospital to receive medical attention after coming down with type A flu and pneumonia.

Aaron’s onscreen mom in the 2009 hit sports drama has previously spoken about the movie, which earned her an Oscar.

In the film, she played Leigh Anne Tuohy, who adopted a homeless teen; however, she was initially skeptical about the project and rejected it several times.

In an interview with the Irish Examiner[5], Bullock admitted that she didn’t recall accepting the role, which would have meant she would have missed out on bringing her chemistry with Aaron to the screen.

“I kept turning it down, not because I didn’t like it, but because I didn’t know how to do it,” she said.

Bullock noted that she didn’t see herself bringing the character to life. However, despite her fears, the actress admitted that she was glad she took on the role.

“I’m glad I did it. It’s still a scary thought for me. I don’t know how I did it, but I had a lot of time to prepare for it,” Bullock said.
