The Six Kings Slam 2025 couldn’t have asked for a better start. In the first quarterfinal of the tournament, Taylor Fritz came out swinging and took down Alexander Zverev in impressive fashion.
From the first few games, Fritz looked locked in serving big, attacking early, and keeping Zverev on the back foot. and winning in straight sets 6–3, 6–4. Zverev had flashes of brilliance, but too many loose errors cost him key points, and Fritz didn’t let up. Every time the German tried to fight back, the American answered with clean winners and calm composure.
With this win, Fritz becomes the first player to reach the semifinals, where he’s set to face Carlos Alcaraz.
Meanwhile, the second quarterfinal is already heating up. Jannik Sinner is currently battling Stefanos Tsitsipas under the lights at the ANB Arena. Expect fast rallies, fierce energy, and plenty more fireworks as the night continues.
