Lana Del Rey TikTok PFP refers to a series of videos reacting with shock to music artist Lana Del Rey’s[1] profile picture on TikTok[2], which is a photograph of herself with one breast out of her shirt, blurred. The photo was taken as alternate cover art for her 2023 album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd and had purportedly been her profile picture for several years at the time of the reactions. The use of the photo as Lana’s profile picture went viral in mid-October 2025, resulting in reactions and memes[3], including memes making fun of people for acting traumatized over seeing the PFP.
Origin
On October 11th, 2025, TikToker @kirkiimad posted a video where he reacts with shock to Lana Del Rey’s profile picture on TikTok, garnering over 21 million views in three days. As of that date, Lana Del Rey’s profile picture on TikTok is a photo of her with her breast out that was used as an alternate album artwork for Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. In the profile picture, her breast is blurred out. It is unclear how long this has been her profile picture, with some commenters in videos about the PFP claiming it has been that way for years.

On October 12th, 2025, TikToker @alexander.ldr posted a video reacting to “people” reacting with shock to the PFP, writing, “Why are people acting shocked by Lana Del Rey’s TT PFP NOW??? Us fans have stanned that pic since 2023,” garnering over 5 million views in two days.
