Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle and his technical team arrived in Polokwane, South Africa, on Monday ahead of their crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying clash against Lesotho’s national team, the Crocodiles.

The backroom staff are also in town for the important matchday nine fixture. The team is lodged at the Ranch Hotel in Polokwane.

Meanwhile, the invited players are expected to begin arriving at the camp later today. According to team media officer Promise Efoghe, several players have already landed in Johannesburg and will connect to Polokwane via domestic flights.

The Super Eagles are scheduled to hold their first training session on Tuesday as preparations begin in earnest.

The match against Lesotho will take place on Friday at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
