The Sindh government has announced plans to introduce an e-marking system for educational boards across the province as part of its initiative to modernize the education sector and ensure transparency in examinations.

During a ceremony organized by the All-Sindh Private Schools and Colleges Association to mark World Teachers’ Day, Minister for Universities and Educational Boards Muhammad Ismail Rahu confirmed that automation and e-marking will soon be implemented across all educational boards in Sindh. The event also celebrated students who secured top positions in recent exams.

The minister explained that the e-marking system for educational boards will enhance accuracy, speed, and fairness in the examination process. Paper checking will be computerized to minimize human error and deliver faster, more transparent results.

Officials said the new system will make the boards more modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly while curbing the culture of cheating through digital oversight and monitoring.
