JoJo Siwa Egg is a Photoshop[1] edit of musical artist and influencer[2] JoJo Siwa[3] as an egg, meant to make fun of her high hairline and signature ponytail by comparing her face to an egg. Memes[4] comparing JoJo to eggs became increasingly popularized throughout the late 2010s, with the most popular egg photoshops starting to go viral on social media in 2019. Originally, JoJo Siwa seemed to embrace them by sharing on her Instagram[5] page in a now-deleted post. In early October 2025, it was reported that JoJo Siwa kicked a fan out of her concert in Glasgow, Scotland, for wearing a hoodie with the JoJo Siwa egg meme on it, resulting in some backlash towards Siwa.
Origin
On August 14th, 2018, YouTuber Fabinta posted a clip from a PewDiePie[6] video of PewDiePie reacting to JoJo Siwa memes. The second meme shows JoJo Siwa as Humpty Dumpty in the Had To Do It To ‘Em[7] meme. This is the earliest known meme comparing JoJo Siwa to an egg, although it is unclear who created the meme. The video gained over 65,000 views in seven years.

Memes comparing JoJo Siwa to an egg continued to spread over the following years.
On November 4th, 2018, Redditor[8] u/OMGitscarl posted a screenshot to the /r/tumblr[9] subreddit of a seemingly deleted Tumblr post in which user introverted-gamer comments, “JoJo Siwa rocking her face,” in response to a meme about an egg with a small face captioned, “When your pony tail’s in too tight,” garnering over 350 upvotes in seven years.
Some time on or before January 16th, 2019, JoJo Siwa purportedly posted an edit of her face on an egg, captioning it, “I’m sorry😂.”
A screenshot of the post was reposted to the /r/dancemoms subreddit that day, garnering around 35 upvotes in six years. The post has since been deleted from JoJo’s Instagram page. Purportedly, this post was a reference to the World Record Egg[10], which was prominent online at the time.
On June 7th, 2019, Redditor u/PrathamAwesome posted a drawing of the JoJo Siwa egg to the /r/teenagers subreddit, garnering over 5,800 likes in six years.
JoJo Siwa Kicks Fan Out Of Concert For Egg Meme Hoodie
On October 2nd, 2025, TikToker @debsmc88 posted a video of JoJo Siwa kicking some fans out of her concert in Glasgow, Scotland, for wearing a hoodie with a printout of her egg meme taped on it. In the clip, Siwa says, “The hoodie making fun of me? No way! Appreciate it! But we only got room for infinity hearts in here, right? Not in my house, baby. We got no room for that. We got no room for that!” The video gained over 1.1 million views in four days.
Several other videos of JoJo kicking the fans from her show were uploaded online, including some that show JoJo Siwa holding the sweater.

News of Siwa kicking out the fan spread and was reported on by numerous media outlets and TikTokers, including @indigoreports, whose video gained over 1.9 million views in two days. In her video, she shows a purported photo of the hoodie and mentions that JoJo Siwa once embraced the egg meme on her Instagram account.

Also on October 2nd, TikToker @friendly_musician posted a video, claiming that she was “one of the people” kicked out of the show by JoJo Siwa. In the video, she says that she didn’t have merch to wear, so she and her friends made the egg hoodie. She said she Googled “funny JoJo Siwa picture” and stuck it on the shirt, thinking Siwa would find it funny because she has a “good sense of humor.” At one point in the concert, Siwa asked what everyone was wearing, and they held up the sweater. They then handed the sweater to Siwa, thinking she would find it funny, but she instead kicked them out.
