Kelechi Iheanacho was on target as Celtic defeated Motherwell 3–2 in an exciting Scottish Premiership match on Sunday.
The Nigerian striker opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 27th minute, giving the Hoops an early lead.
The 29-year-old has now scored three goals in five appearances across all competitions for Celtic.
Iheanacho was later substituted in the 78th minute, making way for Michel-Ange Balikwisha.
The victory ended Celtic’s three-game winless run and saw Brendan Rodgers’ side close the gap on league leaders Hearts to just two points.
