The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 multiplayer beta[1] is live now in early access, and it got some big new additions today: Zombies and the multiplayer mode Overload.
The Zombies Survival mode is now playable on the Vandorn Farm map. If Zombies doesn’t show up when you boot up the beta, Activision recommends restarting the client.
The Black Ops 7 beta also added new multiplayer content today, including the map Imprint. New modes are available, too, including the brand-new mode Overload.[2][3]
This mode has teams fighting to posses an “Overload Device.” A 6v6 mode with respawns, Overload begins with players rushing to grab the Overload Device. Once they have it, the team possessing it must protect the carrier as they attempt to play it in a designated zone near the opposing side’s spawn point.
How to get your Black Ops 7 beta stats
Activision also launched a stat-tracking website for the Black Ops 7 beta. You can enter your Activision ID on this website[4] to see your stats, or reply to this thread on X.[5] The system will then spit out your total wins, K/D ratio, total matches played, and total kills, among other things.
Black Ops 7’s beta runs through October 8, but right now it’s limited to people who preorder[6], have Game Pass Ultimate[7], or have obtained a code another way. On October 5, the beta opens for everyone and runs through October 8. The full game, meanwhile, launches on November 14.
Another new FPS arrives before then, as EA’s Battlefield 6 launches on October 10[8].
