The Arkansas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners, also known as AIPRO, has named two leaders to key positions.
Anna Swaim will serve as the association’s executive director and Rodney Baker as director of government relations.
Swaim has been involved with AIPRO in a communications and administration role for the last 17 years. She also has experience with the Arkansas Forestry Association.
Baker is a former executive director of AIPRO and served for years as a government relations specialist with Arkansas Farm Bureau and independently with other clients.
AIPRO promotes mineral exploration and production and represents all segments of the state’s oil and natural gas community.
The association advocates for local, state and federal policies beneficial to its members in the industry.
