
The UAE has launched the Mohammed bin Rashid Government Fellowships, a flagship initiative to train a new generation of leaders through specialized master’s programs in Economic Strategies, International Policy, and Artificial Intelligence for the Public Sector. The program aims to empower professionals with advanced skills to drive the country’s sustainable growth.
The initiative reflects the UAE’s long-term vision of investing in human capital and government transformation. By partnering with leading global universities, the fellowship seeks to equip participants with policy-making, digital innovation, and AI expertise.

Minister of Cabinet Affairs Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi said the fellowships are “strategic investments in people” and essential for shaping the UAE’s future through innovation, sustainability, and leadership.
