Nothing’s sub-brand CMF has entered the over-ear headphone market with the launch of the CMF Headphone Pro. Unlike the transparent and experimental design of Nothing’s audio products, CMF has opted for a more conventional, rounded look while maintaining its core focus on customization.

The Headphone Pro is available in Light Green, Light Gray, and Dark Gray. CMF lets users replace the ear cushions with alternative shades, including the brand’s signature Orange, keeping CMF’s customization theme intact in its product portfolio. Additional cushions will be sold separately at €25 in Europe, £20 in the UK, and $25 in the United States.

Battery life is a major feature. With active noise cancellation disabled, the Headphone Pro can last up to 100 hours on a single charge. When ANC is switched on, playback drops to around 50 hours. The headphones include hybrid adaptive noise cancellation, which automatically adjusts the intensity depending on the environment. A transparency mode is also available for situations that require outside awareness.

The Headphone Pro includes Static Spatial Audio, offering Cinema and Concert modes that alter the depth and clarity of the sound to replicate real-life environments. Hardware controls replace touch sensors, with a roller managing volume and playback, while an Energy Slider allows quick adjustments to bass or treble through the Nothing X app. A customizable button provides access to functions such as toggling spatial audio, recording voice notes, or summoning ChatGPT.

Inside, the headphones are equipped with 40mm drivers and 16.5mm copper voice coils. They support the LDAC codec, carry Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification, and come with a Personal Sound Profile feature developed in partnership with Audiodo. This system calibrates sound based on individual hearing and works across devices, including PCs.

The new headphones are priced at $100 in the US.
