Ookla, the company behind the popular internet speed test service, has released its latest report[1] on mobile internet and fixed broadband internet providers worldwide, including Pakistan. The report ranks the best internet providers by taking into account data from millions of users over the course of January to June 2025 (H1 2025).

These ISPs (internet service providers) are rated based on Ookla’s performance scores, which are a combination of both daily consumer-initiated tests taken on Speedtest, along with quality of experience (QoE) metrics.

That being said, these were the best mobile network providers in Pakistan during H1 2025.

Best Mobile[2] Networks in Pakistan

Jazz came out as the best mobile network in Pakistan during H1 2025, with a Speedtest Connectivity Score of 56.52. These scores are achieved through several performance metrics to evaluate the overall user experience, including a Speed Score, web browsing performance, video streaming score, and more.

Ufone secured the second spot with a score of 49.97, Zong is in third place (41.21 score), and Telenor, as always, is lagging behind the rest with a score of 36.45.
