Last summer, vying for the White House, Trump hailed himself as “the best president for the Black population.” A little more than a year later, this claim has become downright unbelievable, precisely because of what he’s done.
In this video, I highlight this week’s Washington Post report[2] on the Trump administration’s decision to remove Black historical images and markers from national parks and museums. As someone who has covered the rise of Black support for MAGA extensively[3], it hit me hard: Where are those voters now that Trump is wiping this history from the books?
