This schedule was originally finalized in a PBCC meeting, and the official notification was later issued by PBCC/BISE Lahore. The Second Annual Examinations will begin on October 29, 2025.

- 11th Class (HSSC Part I): October 15, 2025

Deadlines for Admission Form Submission
- Single Fee: September 20 to September 30, 2025
- Double Fee: October 1 to October 7, 2025
- Triple Fee: October 8 to October 13, 2025
The committee has made it clear that no extensions will be given after October 13, which marks the final deadline for 12th-class admission forms.
