
Epic Games is launching a fresh limited time mode (LTM) called Delulu this week, and fans are wondering what new can they enjoy. This new mode is only available on weekends (Friday through Sunday), giving players a chance to dive into something different after regular Battle Royale and Zero Build modes get old. Especially when weekends are times where are lot of people can explore new features as they have time on their hands, making it a smart choice on Epic Games’ part.
What Is Delulu? Gameplay & Mode Details
Delulu is an 80 player Zero Build mode. Unlike traditional matches, players can start solo or with friends, but alliances can shift mid match thanks to the new Proximity Chat feature. In other words, even your enemies might become temporary allies or betray you if the opportunity arises.
This mode emphasizes social dynamics: alliances, betrayals, and last team standing tension. To play, users go to the Compete Tab and select the Delulu game tile. If you want full access to Proximity Chat during Delulu matches, make sure your Voice Chat settings are set to “Everybody.”
Release Schedule & Early Access
Fortnite Delulu is debuting Friday, September 19, 2025, at 1 PM UTC (6:00 PM Pakistani Time). Support a Creator creators get a head start, gaining access one day before official launch, on Thursday, September 18. But for most players, Delulu will go live with the weekend cycle starting September 19 and remain active through Sunday. After that, you’ll need to wait until the next weekend to play again.
