The initiative aims to recognize academic excellence while providing cultural and educational exposure to outstanding students.
Organized by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training in partnership with the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, the program allows Matric toppers from various Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs) to travel to Türkiye on official passports.
Eligibility Criteria
According to the IBCC circular, participating students must fulfill specific requirements:
- Secure a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital.
- Submit written consent from parents or guardians.
- Carry two sets of white shalwar kameez with shoes; a green blazer will be provided by the ministry.
- Limit luggage to one shoulder bag, with laptops, cameras, and electronic devices strictly prohibited.
- Provide emergency contact details of parents or guardians.
Additionally, transportation for pick-up and drop-off will be arranged by respective BISEs, ensuring ease of travel for the Matric toppers.
Deadline for Submissions
All BISEs are directed to forward the passports and required documents of selected students to the IBCC Secretariat in Islamabad by September 19, 2025, to allow timely processing and coordination with Turkish authorities.
The chairpersons of all BISEs will supervise the program, assist students in completing formalities, and ensure smooth execution. With these arrangements, the Türkiye visit program promises to be an enriching and memorable experience for Pakistan’s Matric toppers.
