If you’ve been patiently waiting for a discount on the OM System OM-3, then I have good news. The stunning retro camera has just received its first-ever price cut in both the US and UK.
Over in the US, readers can bundle together a $150 upfront discount and $100 coupon automatically applied at checkout to get the body for just $1,749 (was $1,999)[1] at Adorama. For the UK, you can pick the same body up for £1,499 (was £1,699)[2] at Wex Photo Video.
Both these discounts are fantastic and easily the best deals yet on one of our favorite cameras of 2025 (so far). For those not in the know, the OM System OM-3[3] is a stunning retro camera that nonetheless manages to pack in impressive cutting-edge tech under the hood.
For example, you get the same speedy stacked 20MP Micro Four Thirds sensor as the flagship OM System OM-1 Mark II, intelligent subject-tracking autofocus, and up to 50FPS continuous burst. There’s also OM System’s Log color profile for video and support for 4K capture at 60FPS. All that is wrapped up in a design that we think stands out as one of the most appealing on the market right now.
OM System OM-3 at a record-low price
A small do-it-all camera
It’s easy to overlook the OM System OM-3 compared to other larger-sensor retro bodies like the Fujifilm[4] X100VI or the Nikon Zf, but it’s a fantastic do-it-all camera that offers a few distinct advantages.
With its smaller M34 sensor, the OM-3 currently has some of the best image stabilization on the market – something that’s incredibly handy when taking longer exposures. Couple that with OM System’s excellent computational modes like LiveND and hand-held High Res shot, and you’ll quickly find yourself leaving your tripod and filters at home.
You can also pair up the OM-3 with some absolutely stunning (and lightweight) lenses. Both Adorama and Wex are offering the same discount on the 12-45mm F4 kit bundle. As a starting lens, this zoom is sharp, small, and offers a decent range in terms of focal length. Of course, with so many Micro Four Thirds lenses on the second-hand market, you’re also spoilt for choice elsewhere, too.
