The Super Eagles of Nigeria will look to get their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign back on track when they face Rwanda at the Amahoro Stadium

Nigeria’s Super Eagles will play an international friendly against Venezuela in the United States this November, according to reports.

The match is scheduled for Friday, 14th November 2025, at a venue that is yet to be confirmed.

The last time both teams met was in 2012 in Miami, where the Super Eagles won 3-1. Brown Ideye, Nosa Igiebor, and Ogenyi Onazi scored the goals for Nigeria in that game.

This friendly will be part of the Super Eagles’ preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place in Morocco.

Before then, Nigeria will complete their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches in October, with games against Lesotho and Benin Republic.
