Apple’s fall event will take place on September 9, 2025, at Apple[1] Park in Cupertino, California. The keynote begins at 10 p.m. PKT and will be livestreamed on Apple’s website and YouTube channel.
Here is what we’re expecting to see at Apple’s launch event.
Apple Watch Lineup
The event is expected to begin with new Apple Watch models. The Apple Watch Ultra 3 may feature satellite messaging and 5G connectivity, alongside a brighter, more efficient display. The Apple Watch Series 11 could introduce high blood pressure detection, while the Apple Watch SE 3 is rumored to match the performance of flagship models. All three watches may debut Apple’s in-house Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chip.
AirPods 3 Pro
Apple is also likely to present the AirPods 3 Pro, building on the last update in 2023. The new earbuds are expected to include an H3 chip, heart rate and temperature sensors, and a live translation feature. The health sensors are designed to integrate with the Apple Watch for improved workout tracking.
iPhone 17 Series
The centerpiece of the event will be the iPhone 17 lineup, consisting of four models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The iPhone 17 Air is expected to be the thinnest iPhone to date at 5.5 mm. Its design is said to include a single 48MP rear camera and a smaller battery, though it may finally introduce a higher-density silicon anode battery and a ProMotion 120Hz display.
The iPhone 17 is expected to grow to a 6.3-inch display, moving away from the 6.1-inch size of its predecessor. Reports suggest it may also support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will reportedly introduce a horizontal glass camera island, a 48MP zoom sensor, and Apple’s new 3nm A19 Pro chip paired with 12GB of RAM. Both models may also feature an anti-glare display coating similar to recent iPads.
Apple is expected to introduce TechWoven cases, replacing the FineWoven cases that launched in 2023. The event will also bring the release of iOS 26, which introduces a new Liquid Glass design language across the operating system.
While Apple is developing a second-generation HomePod mini, a new Apple TV 4K with an A17 Pro chip, and an updated AirTag, these products are unlikely to be part of the September 9 announcements.
