Do Men Even Have Feelings?, also known as I Can’t Believe He Didn’t Cry During Titanic, refers to a series of Soyjaks vs. Chads ^[1] / Girls vs. Boys ^[2] Wojak Comics ^[3] in which a woman expresses her disbelief that a man did not cry while watching Titanic ^[4], with the second part of the meme showing the man being deeply saddened by a certain scene in a film or a video game. The format gained viral spread online in September 2020.

On September 5th, 2020, Instagram ^[5] user shlingo.smash posted a Soyjaks vs. Chads ^[6] / Girls vs. Boys ^[7] meme that received over 14,400 views and 2,900 likes in four months (shown below).

On September 6th, 2020, iFunny ^[8] user Giovanni reuloaded the video, gaining over 17,600 smiles in four months.

In the following week, more memes ^[9] based on the format were posted, primarily on Reddit. On September 8th, 2020, Redditor ^[10] JohnRyanMurphyIsGOD posted one of the earliest derivative memes based on the format, gaining nearly 350 upvotes in /r/MkeBucks subreddit in four months (shown below, left). On September 12th, Redditor connect45 posted a Prequel Meme that received over 22,200 upvotes in four months (shown below, right).
