The fact that people actually do this always baffles us. There are simply so many better options. We’re talking about a neighbor moving. Moving takes a while. There was time to find this amazingly loving cat a deserving home. There was time to find a shelter, at the very least. There was time, but there was no care, and really, the cat seems to be in much better hands now.
