ARcare is building a medical clinic and pharamacy in Brookland. The new facility will be built on a 1.75-acre site behind Jordan’s Kwik Stop and across from Harps on Brookland School Road.

Terms of the deal were not released and construction is expected to begin soon, according to Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate. The project has been proposed for almost a decade.

“We’re thrilled to have secured land in Brookland for a future ARcare development that will bring essential healthcare services closer to home. This wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance and partnership of Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate. We’re grateful for their help in making this vision a reality for the Brookland community,” said Andrew Fraser, ARcare Assistant VP of Corporate Real Estate

ARcare currently operates clinics in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Kentucky.

The real estate deal was facilitated by Haag Brown’s Mason Coy and Nathan Eller, who credited the city of Brookland for its role in supporting the project.

Planned infrastructure improvements along Brookland School Road are expected to make the area more accessible as it develops into a hub for community services.
