The seven-story, 131-room Moxy Fayetteville at 530 W. Streamside Bend will open in September. The $33 million hotel is a collaboration between Fayetteville-based Specialized Real Estate Group and Little Rock-based Beechwood Hospitality.
It’s under construction in the South Yard mixed-use development. Excluding a nearby park project, the development will be complete when the hotel is completed.
Moxy is a brand of Marriott International and will make its Arkansas debut here. Moxy Fayetteville is also Arkansas’ first three-star Fitwel development.
Hotel check-in takes place at Bar Moxy, where guests will receive their room key and a complimentary cocktail or mocktail. Guest rooms comprise flexible layouts, 55-inch HDTVs and walk-in showers. The hotel features a lounge and library, local art, shuffleboard, cocktails, and 24/7 self-service food and beverage options. And there’s a 24/7 fitness center, meeting rooms and free Wi-Fi.

Beechwood Hospitality will be the hotel operator. The hotel is expected to create about 50 jobs.
Design is led by Fayetteville-based modus studio, with Little Rock-based Clark Contractors overseeing construction.
