Windsor Door, a garage door manufacturer headquartered in Little Rock, will invest $12 million in a manufacturing line that will operational during the first quarter of 2026, the company announced Tuesday (Aug. 12).

By consolidating production to two presses feeding a single high-capacity line, Windsor Door said it could match the work of three existing lines.

The new line expands emboss options along with offering different colors. Robotics will be utilized to place new, stronger stiles that include TOX fastening systems. This process ensures efficiency for low-cost production and a continued high-quality product.

“Our first priority at Windsor Door is our customers. When we can implement new technology that will maintain our standard of product quality and reduce costs for our loyal customers, we know we are doing business right,” said Windsor Door President Bob Strahan.

“At Windsor Door, we are building more than garage doors; we are building strong relationships in our community,” he added.

The upgrades will create new jobs at Windsor Door’s Arkansas-based plant and national network of distribution centers to support increased production and inventory.
