Kayla Spradling appreciates the opportunities she was given when she started in banking and values being able to do the same for others.

“I was given the chance to prove myself and to learn something new and take risks, and I love doing that for our retail team,” she said. “There are endless opportunities. You can go from no experience, and if you put in the work and you’re dedicated to learning and understanding your job, then your options are endless.”

Spradling oversees all branch managers for Signature’s 10 locations, working with them to drive performance, set strategic goals and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience.

A Springdale native, Spradling graduated from NorthWest Arkansas Community College in 2011 with a degree in business management. She started with Signature Bank as a retail banker, becoming senior vice president — bank manager in 2018 and managing both the Springdale and Fayetteville locations. The Fayetteville branch does the bank’s highest volume and has the most customer traffic. Promoted to her current position in 2023, Spradling helped open four of the bank’s locations. She’s created a retail bank mentoring program for new hires and works with the executive team to push strategic goals for the bank from a retail perspective.

Spradling enjoys helping people — whether that’s “helping them grow in their career, or helping them understand how to be prepared financially for whatever they are facing, or helping with community events, handing out T-shirts or hot dogs. I’m very passionate about helping people.”

Unanimously elected PTA president at Bernice Young Elementary, Spradling also teaches financial literacy in the schools. She enjoys time with her husband and two children, and the four of them enjoy watching and playing baseball.
