Heather Diebold enjoys challenging herself, whether that’s in the corporate world or in starting a new business.

From Branson, Mo., Diebold graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2009 with a degree in human environmental studies and a marketing minor. She moved to Fayetteville after visiting her sister, a University of Arkansas student.

Diebold managed Fayetteville’s Rush Running for eight years, owned a personal training company for five years, and became sales meeting manager at Visit Bentonville in 2022 — executing meetings that generated $2.3 million for the city in 2023.

In 2024 she joined the sales enablement team at Tyson Foods where she works on the company’s accounts with Target, Hy-Vee, Fred Meyer, Aldi and HEB.

Part of the project management course, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, Diebold’s project will enhance Tyson’s efficiency and accuracy of event pricing and trade management, resulting in company savings.

In 2024 Diebold co-founded Snacktime Vending LLC, placing machines throughout Northwest Arkansas to offer healthier snack options. Diebold plans to grow the business, adding more machines and employees. She also plans to open more businesses.

“I think entrepreneurship is in my blood because both my parents have their own businesses, and that’s something I wanted to do at a very young age,” she said.

Diebold enjoys working with people and helping people grow, “which goes all the way back to managing the shoe company and doing personal training with people.”

A supporter of the Children’s Safety Center, Diebold founded the NWA Honor Fest, which helps veterans and their families. She’s also a member of Tyson’s Veterans Resource Group.

Diebold’s favorite way to serve is coaching her children’s soccer team and mentoring young athletes. She enjoys running, floating on the river and hanging out with her kids.
