According to Karachi Traffic Police, all participating vehicles must display the official sticker/pass on the windscreen. These passes are mandatory for law enforcement agencies, district administration, media vehicles, government ambulance services, scouts, welfare organizations, and sabeel or niyaz distribution vehicles.
How to Get Chehlum Juloos2025 Karachi Entry Permit for Vehicles?
Scouts, welfare institutions, and sabeel/niyaz vehicles must submit an application addressed to the DIG Traffic Karachi with original documents for verification and photocopies attached to the Scouts Coordination Council, Numaish (opposite Pardesi Heights) between 9 and 13 August, and collect passes on 14 August.
