The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) rolled out the latest NADRA Pak ID mobile app upgrade in August 2025. Key features: real-time ID tracking, facial biometric verification, and appointment booking at NADRA centers.
As part of the broader NADRA Pak Identity initiative, the app now enables users to perform NADRA ID card check online, monitor the application process, and access services from home. Users logging into the system via Pak ID login can now track ID status updates without the need to visit physical offices.
The new version of the app eliminates the biometric condition of accessing the records of family members and provides citizens with an opportunity to identify family members information using their smartphones. The app will now have appointment booking, and it has 43 NADRA centers with intent to include more.
NADRA online fee payments of identity documents such as, Smart National Identity Card (SNIC), Child Registration Certificate (CRC), and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) also remain supported by the app. Various payment options are provided i.e Visa, Mastercard, Easypaisa, JazzCash and e-Sahulat.
The new interface is more convenient to use by Android and iOS users. Citizens should update Pak-ID mobile app to have the entire scope of digital services now available.
The latest version (4.4.1 for iOS and August 3, 2025, update for Android) is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Through Pak ID login, applicants can securely manage their identity processes, track progress, and book appointments with ease.
NADRA reaffirmed its commitment to expanding digital infrastructure and facilitating secure, remote access to identity services under its NADRA Pak Identity framework. More updates expected soon, including possible integration for government job applications and contactless biometric solutions.
