Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development announced Tuesday (July 29) it will open an office in Bentonville. For nearly a decade, Haag Brown has been actively involved in brokerage and development projects throughout Northwest Arkansas.

The new office will officially open on Aug. 4, 2025. Company co-founder Joshua Brown told Talk Business & Politics he will still be involved in projects in Northeast Arkansas but he is moving to Northwest Arkansas.

“Many of our most important clients in Northeast Arkansas have ongoing interests and expansion plans in Northwest Arkansas,” said Brown. “Opening a full-service office here allows us to serve those needs directly while advancing our own long-term development goals in this region.”

Greg Haag, co-founder, added, “For some time, Josh and I have been splitting a meaningful portion of our time between Northeast and Northwest Arkansas. Opening a second office is really a continuation and formalization of what we’ve been doing for years. This expansion will allow us to serve our clients in both NEA and NWA in a more focused and efficient way.”

Brown will oversee the new office. Marketing Director MaryKate Reid, who has been with the company since 2022, has relocated from the Jonesboro office to lead the firm’s branding and communications efforts across both markets.

Asset Manager Will Doggett, who trained in Haag Brown’s Jonesboro office, will assist in managing regional assets from the new location.

“Having a strong local presence, backed by people who understand our company culture and have proven themselves in our Jonesboro operations, is a major advantage,” said Brown. “We believe that this will ensure seamless continuity between our Jonesboro and Bentonville offices, allowing us to maintain the same level of excellence our clients expect, no matter which region we’re serving.”
