A Judge has issued a restraining order against U.S. Rep. Cory Mills, forbidding contact with ex-girlfriend and Columbia County Republican Committeewoman Lindsey Langston.

That follows allegations[1] Langston made to law enforcement that Mills, after being dumped for infidelity, threatened to share intimate photos of the two together.

In a court order first reported[2] by Drop Site News’ Roger Sollenberger, a Judge restricted Mills from contacting or referencing Langston on social media, in addition to a standard ban on directly or indirectly contacting Langston. The order is in effect until the start of 2026.

The case forced Mills to testify about his relationship in court last month. The New Smyrna Beach Republican at the time denied any intent to release images.

“To no point was there any reference and/or intent to have anything which is salacious as being assumed,” he said, as reported by WESH[3].

But Langston provided the court with text messages. In one exchange, Langston texted Mills, “Please leave me alone” after being asked about a relationship after her breakup. According to those texts, Mills responded, “Okay Linds. Get me his number and I can send him videos. Take care.”

Langston said she was living with Mills in his New Smyrna Beach home, but ended the relationship following reports of another relationship Mills was engaged in during his time in Washington, D.C.

That became public in February[4], when Sarah Raviani, co-founder of Iranians for Trump, called Metropolitan Police and said Mills had used force against her in a Washington apartment they shared. Raviani later withdrew her accusation and no charges were filed.

Shortly after the incident, Raviani shared photos[5] of herself with Mills in the lobby of the apartment complex where the incident occurred.

Mills remains married to another woman, Rana al Saadi, but told Langston he was separated and that a divorce was finalized in May 2024, according to the incident report. In a media statement, Mills said he and al Saadi have been separated for two years.

“Breakups happen, but it’s truly tragic when a washed‑up politician drags someone else into his vendetta. I wish Ms. Langston well and genuine happiness,” he said.

“I remain steadfast and committed to doing the work of serving my constituents. The people of Florida’s 7th District deserve a representative who puts them first — and that is exactly what I will continue to do.”
