The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered’s physical edition launched today (October 13) on PS5[1] and Xbox Series X[2]. When the physical Deluxe Edition was listed at major retailers at the end of September, it seemed possible that the $40 price tag was a mistake. But it turns out the physical edition really is cheaper than both the Digital Deluxe ($60) and the standard digital edition ($50). It also comes with as much bonus content as the Digital Deluxe.
Oblivion Remastered’s physical edition is in stock and available to ship now from Amazon[3], Walmart[4], Target[5], Best Buy[6], and GameStop[7].
$40 | Available Now[8]

Oblivion Remastered’s Deluxe Edition is a disc-based physical edition, but both the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions require a substantial chunk of the game’s 120-130GB file to be downloaded from PSN or the Xbox Store.
The Deluxe Edition grants access to an app to listen to the soundtrack and flip through a digital art book. It also comes with a voucher for bonus in-game weapons, character armor, and horse armor.
Deluxe Edition DLC:
- 3 Weapons of Order
- 3 Weapons of Cataclysm
- Armor of Order
- Armor of Cataclysm
- Armor of Order/Cataclysm for horse
Oblivion Remastered earned in 8/10 in GameSpot’s review[9] when it launched digitally back in April on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The drastically overhauled experience contains the base game and Oblivion’s large story expansions, Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine.
The Elder Scrolls fans who also love Skyrim should check out Amazon’s deal on The Skyrim Library[10]. The three-volume hardcover box set is up for grabs for $46.60 (was $110). Skyrim fans can also save big on the official Alduin The World Eater building set[11]. The 619-piece model of Skyrim’s main dragon is on sale for only $32.49 (was $54).
