Colliers acquisition includes Fayetteville-based GREA affiliate

Colliers, a Toronto-based professional services and investment management firm, acquired the Arkansas affiliate of Dallas-based multifamily investment firm Greystone Sales Group LLC (GREA Dallas) as part of its recent acquisition.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

GREA Arkansas, a multifamily brokerage office in Fayetteville, was acquired in the transaction. Four GREA Arkansas staff have transitioned to Colliers. Three work at the company’s Fayetteville office, while one works in Dallas.

According to a news release, GREA Dallas’ 25 professionals serve private and institutional investors nationwide, and the acquisition expands Colliers’ multifamily sales capabilities.

Alan Cole, principal and executive vice president of Colliers Arkansas in Rogers^[1], said he looks forward to collaborating with the GREA team now that they’ve joined Colliers. Little Rock-based Colliers Arkansas is an independently owned affiliate of Colliers that’s served Arkansas for more than 20 years.

Toronto-based Colliers operates through three platforms: real estate services, engineering and investment management. It has more than $5 billion in annual revenue, 24,000 employees and $100 billion in assets under management.
