The Roark Group Inc.[1], a Rogers-based printing and graphics company, recently acquired assets of the special projects division of Bentonville-based marketing agency MOjO Marketing. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Tyler Garman, president and CEO of The Roark Group, said MOjO’s creative and shopper marketing divisions were not involved in the transaction.
“Roark has worked with the MOjO team for more than 14 years and had a deep admiration for the memorable moments, inspiring projects and culture they had created,” Garman said. “As Nicole and Dave Trudo were looking toward retirement, we were able to structure a deal that allowed for a near seamless transition for MOjO clients that preserves and enhances the relationships they had come to trust.”
The Roark Group has 115 full-time staff based in Northwest Arkansas.
Mike Duley, CEO of The Duley Group and operating principal for Keller Williams Market Pro Realty, is the listing agent for MOjO’s 10,701-square-foot office building near the new Walmart Home Office. The building includes 7,372 square feet of office and 3,329 square feet of warehouse space.
