“We are honored to welcome Randy Lann as the Foundation’s new Executive Director,” said Ryan Workman, president of the Arkansas National Guard Foundation. “Randy’s leadership, experience, and deep community ties will help strengthen our mission of supporting Arkansas National Guard Soldiers, Airmen, families, and survivors.”
Lann succeeds Col. (Ret.) Damon Neil Cluck, who was executive director since 2022. Under Cluck’s leadership, the foundation expanded its scholarship programs, increased emergency relief support, and built new partnerships to sustain Guard families and preserve Guard heritage.
“I am humbled to join the Arkansas National Guard Foundation and carry forward its vital mission,” Lann said. “The Foundation makes a tangible difference in the lives of our Soldiers, Airmen, and their families. It is an honor to help continue that legacy of service and support.”
Since its establishment in 1967, the Arkansas National Guard Foundation has provided more than $1.8 million in scholarships, emergency financial assistance, survivor support, and community programs that enhance readiness and resiliency among Guard families.
