The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has officially revised the rates for new smart meter connections, according to a notification issued by GMC & CS Mubashir Hayat Rao. The updated prices apply to both single-phase and three-phase electricity connections across all divisions.
This revision aims to align connection costs with modern smart metering infrastructure and installation requirements. The new rates will take immediate effect, ensuring transparent billing and better monitoring for consumers.

“These new rates are designed to improve service efficiency and ensure fair pricing for consumers adopting smart metering solutions.”
All Superintending Engineers (SEs) have been instructed to implement the revised rates immediately across their respective regions.
