That year, several memes using clips and scenes from the 2012 animated film The Lorax went viral on TikTok, including, Let It Grow, The Lorax Leaving and How Bad Can I Be?^{[6][7][8][9][10]}

On October 31st, 2023, TikToker @mckenna_douglas shared a video of herself dressed as The Lorax for Halloween, seen in an orange morph suit costume. Over two years, the video received roughly 779,100 likes.

TikToker @mckenna_douglas shared several videos of herself as The Lorax in the following days, like on November 2nd, 2023, she shared a TikTok of herself in the costume, set to the Mean Girls^[19] monologue about Halloween. The video amassed over 244,500 likes in two years.
