The Nigeria National League (NNL) has released the registration dates and important requirements for clubs that want to take part in the 2025–26 football season.
According to the league organisers[1], the online registration portal will open on Monday, October 6, and close on Friday, October 24.
To register, clubs must provide:

Transfer Matching System (TMS) certificates

Valid medical certificates for players and officials

Insurance certificates for all registered players and staff
The NNL has warned that any club that misses the deadline may not be allowed to take part in the new season.
NNL’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Danlami Alanana, urged all clubs to meet the deadline and avoid delays.
“We are doing everything we can to follow our planned calendar. We don’t want any distractions. We ask the clubs to work with us,” Alanana said.
The new NNL season is expected to start on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
