PAVE Scheme Details
The Prime Minister’s Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) scheme enables citizens to purchase electric scooters on affordable monthly installments with zero percent mark-up, making eco-friendly transport more accessible.
Currently, the program includes Yadea electric scooter models M3H, T5L, and VELAX, with the government offering a subsidy of Rs50000 per unit. Customers can pay in 24 installments over two years without interest. Each scooter is backed by a 4-year or 50,000 km warranty, ensuring reliability and peace of mind.
The PAVE scheme aims to promote green transportation, support local industries, and reduce urban pollution. Interested applicants can register online at https://pave.gov.pk/register by providing their personal information, CNIC, and address.
The government hopes that the rollout of the PAVE e-balloting program will accelerate the adoption of electric scooters and push Pakistan toward a cleaner, greener future.
