Botsify has launched a new AI-powered interface that allows users to build portable AI agents using natural language. With this release, the company introduces a conversational “build agent” — an AI you talk to in order to create other AI agents.
The new system eliminates the traditional flow-based chatbot builder experience. Instead of manually configuring settings across multiple screens, users can now describe what they want in plain English — and the build agent handles the rest.
Sample prompts might include:
“Build me a FAQ agent that takes information from my website and attached PDF document,” or “Create an agent that pulls leave data from my HRMS using an employee’s phone number.”
The platform processes the input using a proprietary LLM (large language model) to automatically construct the logic, interface, integrations, and branding in a single unified view.
“We’ve built an agent that becomes your builder,” said Usama Noman, founder of Botsify. “You no longer build chatbots — you collaborate with an AI to get the job done.”
Moving Beyond Traditional Integrations
Botsify has also rolled out a new integration layer using Model Context Protocol (MCP). This replaces the older model of native or custom API integrations, enabling users to connect their agents with more than 5,000 prebuilt MCP-enabled services.
MCP also allows developers to define their own integration points, giving businesses a way to plug in internal tools or proprietary data systems without custom engineering.
File and Web-Based Agents
The update includes a more accessible way to build agents that draw on static and dynamic external knowledge sources. Users can upload PDFs or point to live websites, and the agent will use that information to respond to user queries in context — no additional training or RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) setup required.
This simplifies the development of onboarding bots, customer support agents, and internal knowledge assistants that are aware of product manuals, policy documents, or live data sources.
Expanding the Scope of AI Agents
While Botsify was originally positioned as a chatbot platform for support and marketing teams, this launch represents a broader shift into agentic automation — where AI agents operate with real-time integrations, dynamic memory, and access to external tools.
By shifting to a conversational-first development model, Botsify opens its platform to a wider range of use cases: internal operations bots, sales automation agents, HR assistants, and more — all managed through a conversational builder.
“The future of software isn’t just no-code — it’s natural language,” Usama Noman said. “With this launch, we’re taking a major step toward AI that works like a team member — not just a tool.”
The new agentic builder is now available to all Botsify users. More information can be found at https://botsify.com/agent.
