Authorities have decided to launch Rawalpindi electric buses across multiple city routes, marking a major step toward providing eco-friendly and comfortable public transport.
According to reports, more than 100 electric buses will operate on five routes in Rawalpindi. The initiative aims to improve public transport standards while promoting clean energy solutions.
As part of the project, 20 Rawalpindi electric buses have already reached the city, and additional buses are expected to arrive soon to expand the service.
