As per Karachi latest news reports, Aurangzeb called a female employee from his coaching center shortly before the incident. In the recording, he says, “I’ve divorced Mahira. My own people betrayed me. There’s not much time left… after drowning the kids, I’ll go too.”
The man accused his wife, Mahira, of betrayal and suspected extramarital involvement. “How long has Mahira been meeting Basit?” he asks. The woman on the call responds, “She met him daily, behind closed doors.” Aurangzeb also claims, “I beat up that guy. I have 1,400 pieces of evidence. My in-laws didn’t support me.”
This tragedy at Do Darya was captured in a viral video where a father stands near the waves with his two children. Moments later, all three enter the sea. Onlookers attempted to rescue them, but strong currents prevented any success.
