An Etsy Witch, or Etsy Witches, refers to witches who offer their services on the website Etsy who will cast curses and spells on people for money. While Etsy reportedly banned the sale of magic and spells in 2015, witches continued to sell spells on Etsy throughout the 2010s and 2020s. In September 2025, Jezebel published an article claiming that they cursed right wing political pundit Charlie Kirk only days before he was shot at Utah Valley University, inspiring memes and discourse about Etsy witches.
