Woody “You Don’t FW No Carti, No Nothin’?” or Buzz Has No Swag is a series of memes using the phrasal template “You don’t fw no X, no nothin’?,” with “X” often being a media franchise, alongside an image of the character Sheriff Woody from Toy Story looking confused and disappointed. The scene comes from the first Toy Story film and first became the subject of memes in April 2022, when YouTuber Amerikaner uploaded their video, “Buzz has 0 Swag.” The format continued to prove popular online throughout 2024 and 2025.
Origin
On April 17th, 2022, YouTuber Amerikaner posted an edit of a scene from Toy Story in which Woody yells at Buzz Lightyear, trying to convince him that he’s a toy. The video, titled “Buzz has 0 swag,” replaces the audio to have Woody yell at Buzz about not liking rappers Playboi Carti, Lil Uzi Vert, instead saying he likes artists like Eminem and Tom MacDonald. The video gained over 830,000 views in three years.
On January 16th, 2024, X / Twitter user @victory_taste posted an image of Sheriff Woody from Toy Story under the caption, “You don’t fw no Digimon, no Beyblade, no nothin’?” garnering over 90 likes in a year. This is the earliest known example of the format being used as a standalone meme. The image used in the meme comes from a scene in the first Toy Story movie.
Spread
The meme continued to spread, mostly on X, over the following months. On February 24th, 2024, X user @MugiwaraBobert posted, “You don’t fw no Dragon Ball, no One Piece, no Naruto, no nothin’?” posting the rest of the meme as comments in the post thread, garnering over 37,000 likes in a year.
On March 12th, Instagram user djakadmikshairline’s posted a screenshot of a tweet in which an unknown user claims that an image of Woody reminds them of the meme, garnering over 38,000 likes in a year.
On October 23rd, 2024, X user @DatChaosGuy posted a version of the meme in response to someone listing their favorite rappers, garnering over 39,000 likes in 10 months.
On August 3rd, 2025, X user @feydemon posted a version of the meme in response to a user sharing a Minecraft screenshot, writing, “Moses aside, it’s actually insane to me that people still play 100% vanilla Minecraft. You don’t fw no shaders no mods no texture packs no nothing?” garnering over 46,000 likes in about two weeks.
On August 19th, X user @HeroineSword2 posted a version of the meme where the caption names several indie RPG games, garnering over 39,000 likes in a day.
That day, X user @jnitronitro responded to the post, “guys please play more rpgs that aren’t the quirky indie ones. play dragon quest. final fantasy. these are good I promise,” garnering over 15,000 likes in a day.
