The first-ever World Humanoid Robot Games launched with a dazzling opening ceremony at the National Speed Skating Oval on August 14, 2025. The historic event brings together more than 500 humanoid robots across 280 teams from 16 countries, including the U.S., Germany, and Japan. Over the next three days, these high-tech athletes will compete in sports ranging from soccer and boxing to sprinting, hurdles, and kung fu.
