Paris Saint Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has reportedly been targeted by Manchester City as his future still remains to be decided this summer.
Donnarumma, 26, has allegedly been frozen out of the PSG squad by Luis Enrique, with Pep Guardiola’s side the latest register their interest in one of the world’s premier shot-stoppers.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Citizens are keen to purchase the Italian after he helped to guide PSG to their first-ever Champions League trophy last season.
He wrote: ‘Manchester City made contact with PSG to ask for Donnarumma deal conditions.
‘Current PSG request around €50m, deemed too high and a deal would only be possible if Ederson leaves. Chelsea are not in the race.
‘[Donnarumma] will soon clarify his position’.

According to RMC Sport, PSG’s management have also taken further action to underline that his time at the club is coming at an end.
This reportedly includes sidelining the goalkeeper from first team training following their return after reaching the FIFA Club World Cup final last month.
The club are also claimed to have instructed Lucas Chevalier that he is PSG’s new No 1 goalkeeper.
Reports have touted Chelsea and Man United as the likeliest destinations for Donnarumma this summer.
RMC Sport, however, reported that Donnarumma’s representatives have stressed the goalkeeper remains in control of his own future.
It is claimed that the Italian will not accept any move away from PSG, despite being sidelined by the club.
The goalkeeper reportedly earns around £200,000-a-week at the Ligue 1 side.
Donnarumma has made 161 appearances for PSG since joining the club from AC Milan back in 2021 on a free transfer.

He has won four Ligue 1 titles, two French Cups, three French Super Cups and the Champions League while at the club.
Donnarumma has also enjoyed success with Italy having helped his nation be crowned European champions back in 2021.
