Kingdom of Heaven’s Limited Edition Steelbook is back in stock at Amazon after being sold out for months. The popular three-disc Director’s Cut released May 27 and marked the first 4K Blu-ray edition for Ridley Scott’s star-studded historical drama in the US. The 194-minute Director’s Cut is viewed as the definitive version of the film, as it restores the roughly 45 minutes of content removed from the film for its 2005 theatrical release.

The Limited Edition Steelbook probably won’t remain in stock for long. It previously sold out at Amazon with a $57 price tag, and it remains out of stock at Walmart. Kingdom of Heaven is one more than a dozen Ridley Scott films with 4K Blu-ray editions; we listed all of them at the bottom of this story.

The Kingdom of Heaven Director’s Cut adds around 45 minutes of new content–so even if you’ve seen the original a thousand times, you’ll find the director’s cut to be worth a watch. The additional minutes expand on the story of Balian (Orlando Bloom) as he joins his father, Baron Godfrey (Liam Neeson), during the crusaders’ trek toward Jerusalem. It’s an action-packed film with a good dose of political intrigue–and the expanded director’s cut is often cited as the best version of its nuanced story.
