Reports Suggested The Deal Would Not Be Renewed

This new development comes days after heavy speculation earlier in the month that their initial $100 million will not be renewed after it expires in September. The decision was reportedly made by Netflix after subsequent projects following their very successful documentary failed to make waves.
In their previous deal, which was signed in 2020, The Blast revealed that Harry had the upper hand, creative wise with his polo series and “Heart of Invictus” docuseries.”
Now, Meghan is reportedly set to take center stage in this new deal as her lifestyle solo series is performing incredibly well on the platform, setting the tone for a promising future.

The new agreement will also be significantly different in terms of financial terms from the 9-figure deal secured with the streaming giant in 2020. While some spectators claimed that Meghan’s shows outperforming Harry’s was responsible for the new idea.
Others shared that the Prince’s decision to go beast mode on his charity work is responsible for his creative role taking a back seat. Meghan’s second series will be her first show to debut under their new era with Netflix, a massive deal for the mother-of-two.

Meghan’s ‘As Ever’ Brand Restock Recorded Impressive Success

The actress has put in the work and set the tone for this new juicy Netflix deal, and by every metric, she is a success story. Back in June, the TV star fulfilled her promise of bringing out fan favorites from the brand in a restock move.
The loved items include her raspberry spread, two new flavors of her famous jam, apricot spread, and orange blossom honey, all of which sold out within hours. The restock also marked the arrival of her limited edition rosé wine, which carried notes of stone fruit and mild minerality.
Her teas were not left out of the sold-out category. “As Ever” hibiscus, lemon ginger, and peppermint tea were cleared off the cart, as well as her crepe baking mix, shortbread cookie mix, and flower sprinkles.
Meghan’s products will most likely get promoted under her new Netflix deal after it recorded an impressive success when it launched in April.

The Duchess Of Sussex Tagged Clueless On The Running Of ‘As Ever’

Despite the tremendous progress being made by the “Suits” actress in her business endeavors, she failed to get approval from brand experts Phillip Millar and Camille Moore.
As reported by The Blast, the duo condemned the mogul on their podcast, criticizing her managerial and entrepreneurial skills, labeling her as incapable.
Millar declared that the brand was being run and managed by people with no idea of what they are up against. He noted that her team’s only purpose was to help Meghan maximize her fame from her successful “Suits” series and marrying into the royal family.
The Duchess of Sussex was described as a fraud who sold dreams to her fans in a bid to get them to patronize her brand. In Miller’s words:
“She’s failing because it’s not legitimate. It’s not intelligent. It’s not well executed. Her brand wasn’t one built on substance. It was based on using people.”

Meghan Markle’s Camp Slammed The Double Standards Existing In The Royal Family

Bryony Gordon, Meghan’s close friend, spoke up in the actress’ defense amid the unending backlash she constantly gets from critics and royal experts. Gordon touched on the revelations from Andrew Lownie’s recent biography, “Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York.”
The author described a scene where Andrew insulted a palace staff member for failing to use the queen’s full name, and condemned the palace for failing to address the incident. She noted that his friend, the Duchess of Sussex, has suffered much condemnation for lesser acts, such as sending staff emails at 5 a.m.
She slammed the royals for failing to protect Meghan in the face of attacks from the media, while they pulled out all the stops to protect Prince Andrew. According to Gordon:
“Somehow, Andrew got away with it for decades, while Meghan was branded ‘Duchess Difficult’ the moment she so much as asked the Queen if she might be able to borrow a tiara for her wedding.”
Congratulations are in order for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
